I'm trying to think summer, Gran. I've had enough snow and I'm ready for spring now. ;-)

Kathy.. it's soooo cold here.. The wind was coming from the south this morning.. and then it got black and rained, and the wind did a quick shift to the north. The palms are standing right out horizontal with the "slight" breeze.. Brrrrrrrrrrrrr

You're in FL, it's not supposed to be cold there! This cold reminds me of New England, when the air bites your skin. I am soooo ready for spring. ;-)

I remember reading the Farmer's Almanac early this year.. I think it said a real cold winter in the south. I guess it was right.
Looks like a Pot Roast and fresh green beans supper.. and Apple Pie..? See I'm into cold weather food.. ;)

That's it. We have to find a nice, Caribbean island and move there ASAP. I've had enough of this. At least we haven't had too much snow...yet. :-(
To: grannie9
The ice in the vodka beside your mousepad is the source of your chills, poopsie...you have some nerve moaning about cold where you are.The Lake here has that glacier colour. That's how cold it is here.God, you are a suck :-)
To: habs4ever
The guy re-doing our pool screen is freezing his butt off out there today.. and he's from Minnesota.. He loves the hot summer weather. He has a heavy sweatshirt on, and shorts.. He says he has his long pants in the truck.. ;)
He's up there above the roof where the wind is really blowing and exposed to it all. I don't think he wants to give in..
If it wasn't for the wind, it wouldn't be that bad..but it's not going above the 60 degree mark for the next few days..Everytime it starts to warm up, the wind shifts back to the north again.
I will admit, that I'd rather be here than NH... ;) or with you Canuckles....

Got the dash back together.
Got dashlights now! I can actually see what speed I'm doing!
Rather than guessing from the tachometer.....

Yeah, I'd rather it be warm enough to be able to streak without stuff shriveling... or sticking out.
