Unfortunately, Sacramento already knows what guns I own. Everytime you buy a gun in this state, the Ca. DOJ gets a copy of the background check. A separate form from the dealer goes to the Dept. of inJustice with all the information, including the serial number of the gun. Ain't that just great? Hassle-free registration.

If you get a 45 Auto made before 1968 from out of state, you can claim to have owned it since before the gun laws if it is checked, and there will be no records anywhere to say otherwise. If you need to do a bad thing you can just throw it away and it can't be traced.

Of course, that would be wrong.

Ha Ha! Last night was very calm. I painted furniture with a "friend" all day and left just after midnight because he had to work at 6 this morning. So he, his sister, his 7 yr old son, and I had a mellow New Year's Eve that was just right. I don't regret turning down a date with a San Antonio fire chief.

That's good to hear! Lol - I got my daughter and NEW son-in-law to be coming here today too. I know I have to get off my keester in a few minutes and make a pie. Of course I should get out of my pyjamas first and then put my makeup on etc. Feel a little lazy tho.
