I'm having a real laugh fest over HERE!

Hullo! I'm so thrilled that you're here!
I've set aside a separate table for the Dwarves with extra helpings of everything.

A brass Copeland A runs $299 brand new.

A brass Copeland A runs $299 brand new. Hm...and here I am feeling guilty about my $13.50 Susato D...
Now I don't feel so bad!
To: RosieCotton
My Meg was $2.80

LOL I know and that's a cheapie. Their Sterling low D is $650...their standard Sterling soprano D is $350 (and my dream whistle.) They also sell a blackwood keyless flute for just under 1K.
This one on Ebay is a brass A running $56 right now, first day of sale...16 bidders. 6 days and 8 hours to go. Should be fun to watch. I was the second person to bid on it and I bid $10.55 this morning. ROFLOL!!

...their standard Sterling soprano D is $350 (and my dream whistle.) Ouch. Of course, $350 wouldn't buy you a decent fiddle, mando, guitar, etc...unless you got lucky!
And with your luck, all you have to do is hang around C&F a little longer, and someone will offer you one. ;-)

Well, maybe just one more pie...uh, er, one more slice of pie...
To: RosieCotton
LOL...for some reason, I don't think anyone is going to offer me a Copeland. LOL
I do expect my kids and grandkids to get together and "get Grandma that Copeland whistle she's always wanted". Then I'll have something to pass on, if I have a musically inclined family member.
