We are getting the rain.. Waves and waves of heavy rain.
I have Christmas Carols playing, along with Nana Mouskouri's CD, Songs the Whole World Loves.
I have made some Chocolate Peanut Butter cookies, but they will have to stay here, they are much to light and tender to box.
Will work on the sugar cookies soon.. I wish I had Al's favorite Mincemeat Cookie recipe here. Maybe I will call his cousin in Jefferson to get it. I have it in a cookbook at home, but it's out of reach. My sister always made these for him for Christmas, so I should keep up the tradition for her, he loves them so.. They are a layered sugar cookie with Mincemeat filling peeking thru the top.
Of course she made me my favs too. They are the Chocolate Walnut cookies on the back of the Hersheys Cocoa box. It is no longer on the box and I left that recipe home too. Hah.. maybe I can find it on their website if they have one..

I found the Hersheys cookie recipe.. ;)

Hiya Toots. This weekend I'm going to make the peanut butter cookies with the Hershey kiss in the middle...we've decided to close on the 24th so that gives me time for the last minute stuff.
Just heard that TL is stepping down as ML, at this point this is a good thing. Hopefully this round of madness will end now.
We had rain this morning, now it's cloudy and dreary. Miss Candy didn't like going out this morning, she doesn't like getting her dainty paws wet...lol. ;-)

Hi chicken... Seems like it's raining everywhere. Just talked to our son in Mass, and it's been raining there too. The sun is supposed to come out this afternoon here. We'll see. ;)
Seems like it's lightening up now..

Your pics above are awesome, btw. ;-)

The mayo mustard sauce isn't as strong as it could be.

AHHH, but with the HUBBLE BUBBLE EYESCOPE, I can SESE MY SKULL FROM HERE!
*Cough* Okay, back to normal.
To: lodwick
Loddy, is the Allegro Marinade the hot and spicy Cajun one, and is that the one you marinade the Talapia in and grill?
Just had the leftovers for lunch.. Thinking of trying it another way for supper.. ;) Wow, that's good.. Next best thing to Haddock..

That's not your skull you blooming idiot. That's AC's liver.. ;)
To: grannie9
It is? Oopps.
*Turns dial the other way.*
Oooh! What's that?
To: Darksheare
That's my Spleen... lol
To: grannie9
Oh. Sorry.
*Turns another dial and pulls lever.*

Gotta have the horse radish going on with my sauces.
Allegro makes both Hot&Spicy and Cajun, and about three or four other varities. I usually concoct the H&S, with a bottle of the Wild Game, and then add a bottle of Liquid Smoke to the brew.
Glad that your dinner and lunch were a success.
