I like these quotes.
especially:
"when you have to wonder what's between her ears instead of her legs."- and
"A great actress, from the waist down."-

Don't, I'm not on Earth.

We'll need documentation, of course. I'm betting you knock a home run with it. What got me started on the talapia kick was the gimme-food which the grocer had also pan-fried with a light batter. I keep looping the cart around the store to get more of the stuff and finally bought a pound to grill up that evening.
When you get a chance try some basa, the Vietnamese catfish which is now locally farmed. I tried it once and it tasted like sh*t, but another friend raved about hers...I need your expert opinion befoe investing in more basa.

The zippy cocktail sauce is used here, but with Dark's mustard, which I use in my cocktail sauce, and Gran's onions, I'm guessing that yall's tartar sauce is quite serviceable. Cheers!

Grrrrrr...I've been dealing with low-level PITA viruses. :-(

If you do a google search on tilapia sauce you get about 6000 references to some mouth watering combinations - orange and lemon sauce being one of them.
cheers.

You have our thumbs up on the Talapia. It was wooonderful.. Such a light, white, sweet fish. I didn't even put Tarter Sauce on it, it was so sweet and good.
I can see by the texture that it must be easy to grill, especially with a basket. It reminded me of fresh water Trout, only much whiter and juicier. It would be wonderful pan-fried too, but I just used a bread crumb dip, so it was very light.
My cornbread suked...;) I think my baking powder was too cold or I used too much bacon fat.. Oh well.. we had other things..

Ohhhh, that sounds good.. We have lots of lemons and oranges... We just took some off the trees today and filled a big container with juice. Lots more to go...and we haven't even started with the neighbors trees yet. Neither one of them can eat citrus anymore.. so they pile it on us.. ;)

LMAO - sorry about the corn bread (I just buy the cheap store brand mixes and go on with it) but it's so great that you entree was wonderful!
Tilapia truly is my fish of choice these days. Good stuff.
Rest well there - I am about gonzo here.
Manana, Dregs & Flakes.
