Good news! The temperature is now 32.4 degrees, so things should, at least, not get any worse.

Oh, very funny.

Hovan is a total jerk. I hope they suspend him. He's an idiot.

My friend was at the game and she said he was WAY out of line. She also said Brett looked fabulous.........................and he played well, too.:^)

Christmas time is just around the corner, time to start thinking about doing something for those of us who do not have it so well, out of a bad hand in life, not bad by design. I would like to suggest that when you go to the store for some grocries, pick up a few extra cans of this and that and put it in a box. Right before Christmas get a ham or turkey, fond a family who is in need and give it to them, a Church can tell you of a family if you don't know of one. One extra item you can get is a big sack of rice. It will lsast a long time and we all know how rice fills a person. Wouldn't hurt to get a big sack of beans to go along with it, items that can be used for months upon end.

I feel I have been so blessed throughout my life and I truly want to give to others. It doesn't cost you much and that feeling of doing something good for others is a glow that you will have for a long time, in fact, you start looking forward to doing it again during the next special occiasion. It also teaches you children something that will go with them thru life. Who knows, one day we could hope that someone will do something like this for us, we never know of what knocks we may have coming.

Oh yeah, if you can afford them, a few little gifts go a long way.

Have a good day, trust in the Lord for all of our needs, to keep us free from illness, free from accidents. Please keep OUR President W and his family in our prayers and please, please, please, don't forget the elderly, there will be many of us who will now have their entire family with them this year and the hurt will be deep among us.

"The wireless telegraph is not difficult to understand. The ordinary telegraph is like a very long cat. You pull the tail in New York, and it meows in Los Angeles. The wireless is the same, only without the cat." - Albert Einstein

LOL! I haven't heard that quote. I wonder what he would say about the internet (Algore's invention).

Time for me to do my walking thing, warming up just a tad here on the coast, like to froze to death yesterday and it gave me a 'bounce' in my step. Might try for 5 miles today.
