It means you get to have lots of people come in for annual visits on not do anything. Lowers cost of raw materials and labor while maintaining a steady revenue.

And the fact that we all benefit by having healthier teeth and gums, fresher breath, less risk of germs from a rotten mouth entering the blood stream and infecting the heart, less misery and lost work time from abcesses, gum surgery, root canals, etc., less need for dentures, and less money out of our pockets for such procedures has absolutely NOTHING to do with it. If someone else benefits, then it's a conspiracy.

You are. At $74 bucks for a regular bi-annual exam, the likes of you only get roughly $150 a year from the likes of me.

On the other hand, my husband, who had not been to a dentist in years, went to a dentist a couple of years ago, and the dentist wouldn't touch him unless he went to his M.D. to make sure he didn't have heart problems. He had to have his mouth deadened just to clean his teeth, and they couldn't do it all at once; it took 2 or 3 separate visits. After that was done, he ended up having gum surgery, somewhere to the tune of $3000 worth...

Maybe it's the regular dentists joined up to put those cocky periodontists and oral surgeons out of business. Yeah, that's it...We're on to you now.

And you, like so many others, fail to mention the cumulative effects of a toxin, such as gradual brain damage caused by mercury ingestion over time. You also fail to acknowledge that fluoride treatments contain a fatal "dose" of fluoride in relation to small children.

Are those from the same "safety cards" that state that calcium fluoride DOESN'T dissolve in water? Oh, BTW, I noticed that you didn't give any info on SODIUM FLUORIDE, where WE SAW that at MOST a 3.7 mg/kg ingestion of sodium fluoride RESULTED IN DEATH. The accepted toxic dose for fluoride ingestion is 5-10 mg/kg.

So Tom, you claim that ALL calcium fluoride dissolves in water, yet your cohort aruanan claims that NONE of it does. In realitiy calcium fluoride dissolves to 17 ppm at 20 C.
