No seriously. I really did feel like a jerk and a heel. I thought somebody at DU would ask her about it and then I could tell I did it and give the "don't leave your passwword where people can find it" lecture. Wuz I ever wrong. They banned her like period. I do not know if DU's archives are searchable or not, but she posted under the name "nightshade". A few of her poems weren't bad, but some were way out there. parsy the cad.

I would fess up at DU but I would have to reveal one of my secret identities over there. I guess I could let one of my lesser personnas go, but I am starting to find myself getting sexually aroused when I post my little clanging beer mugs, talk about underwear, and say the "F" word over there as "x". I wonder if FR would let me do my mea culpa? parsy aka "x" and "y" and "z" at DU.

Why not just create an email for the purpose of exposing yourself (so to speak) and then post a reply to a long term poster explaining your predicament. I wouldn’t like to have the same thing happen to me on FR.

On another note I do find myself strangely drawn to their constant ranting. From what I can see the sight seems to be like some sort of poor mans self-help group. Most of the threads seem to be in the following format.

• CONGRATULATIONS BUSHSUX 800 POSTS!!
• Rush Limbaugh is such a f*cking idiot!
• The Freepers are losing it bigtime!
• The b*stards made sure his wife was on the plane
• Selected pResident Bush Junta and NRA!

Of course you can add your own favourites. Lately the debacle about the unseemly spectacle of Wellstone’s funeral seems to have put the hornet in the tin foil helmets over there. If they wanted a political rally why not have one after the funeral away from the church?

I was over there lurking a few minutes ago. Like studying primates in the wild. They scratch their butts a lot, pick up branches and wave them at each other, go eat a banana or two, sleep, pass gas and dream of being human. Some clown named underpants is getting married. WilliePitt rescued a kitten. (my neice-in-law was in love with him.) They were teasing some dweeb about his dead dog. Ten dozen threads about Wellstone memorial. Some guy has his guitar playing on there. Oh, BTW, Bush shot down Wellstone's plane with his magic ring. parsy.

You're right about the primate analogy. It’s strange they refer to Bush as a chimp considering the amount of whooping and hullabaloo they create. After a bit of thought I finally realise why it's so compelling to go over there though.
