"What are they doing about the military ballots that have already been mailed?" If I may... accdg to Fox News, that is one of the 2 lawsuits being brought up today. It seems the present military ballots would be invalidated, and our boys and girls in service would be disenchanfrized. We'll see when the courts rule.

Miss Rika, good morning! Did you get a lot of rain last night?

Are you sure it's glass? I mean, if your water is heavily concentrated in vitamins and minerals....
To: theDentist
Right here for you, tD! It's so good to have you back.

It is amusing to see Tommy Daschle's
hegemonic influence in the Senate put in question by the President's reaching out to Lieberman, etc. to help him on the Iraq resolution. Little Tommy is sure to throw another hissy fit!

Not sure. Evidently, they will mail out new ballots.
Some people are referring to this as the Soprano Court. This is not correct.
If Tony Soprano were running things,
1) You would know what the rules were and they wouldn't change.
2) You would know what would happen if you broke the rules.
3) There would be less corruption.

"What are they doing about the military ballots that have already been mailed?"From what I heard on the news last night, the ones that were mailed out, too bad. The State will make up new ballots.

Ah. Thank you Slip. That entices the flavour, and my heavily concentrated vitamin and mineral water makes it such a crunchy cuppa java too!
XS, maybe you just never noticed before? (sip)

While walking through my yard in the dark, I tripped over the hedge causing hegemony. (the left knee)

Doogie Forrester needs to open up that fat billfold and get himself a better lawyer.
Heres a glimpse of the SCONJ decision in Schundler v. Franks et al. (moving primary date back...)
" But in responding to the parties' claims, we must not lose sight of the objective our laws are intended to achieve. Left unsaid in all these technical assertions are certain propositions so deeply embedded in our jurisprudence that they rarely find expression. Perhaps these values, which go to the very heart of our democratic system, need restating. First, the purpose of our election laws is to afford voters the maximum opportunity to make a choice. Second, our interpretation of these detailed statutes should allow the greatest scope for public participation in the electoral process as is possible consistent with the statutory language employed. ...."
Franks boys won that one. WHo is on that Brief for Franks ???? Baroni. How could he not anticipate what happened last night?
If he had, he would have not let the Dem frame the question as "Voter Choice" but going Last, he would have spelled it out as Favorable ballot Positioning, as NOTHING prohibited Lousenberg from running a write in.
