I would guess that if it were legal drug being abused, he might have to sue the company (how come they never try to sue the drug lords?). Since it probably illegal drugs, he will have to make do with suing the government for not protecting him from illegal drug; or maybe the ambulance crew for not reacting faster and keeping him from cutting on himself. Maybe they should have stood by and watched "in horror" as he bled to death...

This is another example of Darwin trying to remove the scum from the shallow end of the Gene Pool, and liberals keep screwing things up. Sewing back all of these parts and pieces is an absolute waste of tax payer money.

I'm not so sure. If he cut off his left hand, he pretty much needed to be using his right hand. Chances are, therefore, that he's right-handed, and therefore he probably usually uses the right hand for self abuse (granted, this isn't always the case). Consequently it may have made more sense to say he didn't have a use for his right hand anymore. But don't worry, Miss Why, nobody expects a mere woman to be able to reason things out...
