Caution is a wiser path for not-so clear cut cases, and the person alleged denying the allegation.
But when you put it to me like that, (to put myself in his shoes) well then, 20 years doesn't seem that long. But me personally, as long as my child was grown, taken care of, I think I'd rather meet "Ole Sparky" than rot in prison.

Would Gray Davis consider David Westerfield's request for pardon? (If the 'Price' was right?--Gray would consider just about anything.)
