Hey CG, how is your weekend of solitude going while the great one is out pan handeling... or whatever it's called?

Going kinda slow and relaxing. All the plans to get lots of projects done I didn't do..well I did a little bit. But today I went shopping...a really great shoe shop was having a good sale. I wanted to replace my UGS slippers that YumYum nearly lost his life for after he peed on them. I have done everything to clean them up and no luck. But today I replaced them with an identical pair so hubby won't be the wiser and I can toss the others out (grumble) and I treated myself to a new pair of clogs too. After all if he can go away for a week....only right huh!

He gets home late tomorrow night. That mean little Miss Missie will have to move from off from his pillow...

Hi, SL, you been funnin wid ol Wings today huh. He been givin us redheads a hard time I see. Well he needs to know that I just got the results back from my DEXA scan and guess what...my bones are above average...good thing I get ta the gym 3 times a week and do my own yardwork...me strong they tell me...

But then all redheads are strong so if we gang up on ol Wings for callin us short stuff....well he just needs to remember that the best and strong things come in small packages....so there! :) LOL

The house is slowly shaping up. Everything isn't unpacked yet, just taking my time with it. I'm getting some furniture from my mother this next week, so I'll have a little more stuff. This house is twice the size of the apartment we were living in, but we had a lot of possessions. Books, clothing, tools, weapons...
