Watching the weather reports on the local news here is so depressing. It's the end of the world with this drought, don't ya know...as if we can do anything about it. They say showers for this weekend, but I don't believe a word they say. I should have been a weather forecaster. ;-)

Look like Fla d'uh may get a hurricane... Damn.. hope our area doesn't get hit too bad.. I sure would hate to lose one of our nice palm trees or worse..

I told that Neets to aim her rain in the right direction.. She has to take care, and send her gifts to people who need it.

Neets really needs to concentrate on NoVa, it seems that it rains everywhere else but here. Rain dances don't work, nothing works, or so it seems.

Have you decided to make a ton of pesto with your basil? That's what I'm doing with mine this weekend...

I have a few recipes, they all seem easy. I'll e-mail them to you when I get home. This is the first year we've grown basil, maybe next year we'll cut back a little...lol
