Often times LE doesn't let the press in on critical details of an investigation. Put yourself in their position as they interview Moul and he tells them that Richard had a machete. You'd think, possible murder weapon. Would you want to perp to find out that you were looking for this? Do you think that LE could have asked Moul not to divulge this detail?
Why would we post something that has nothing to do with Elizabeth Smart here?
Sanctimonious? I have repeatedly stated that if such people are found guilty, I would provide the rope.
Ah, the other board, a place where any nincompoop can say any half brained illogical thing and never be challenged. I should go over there and open up a can of my special whoop ass but I enjoy the conversation over here S-G. But I will say this; ANYTHING is possible in Salt Lake City. It is my hometown and I love it but it is not immune from heinous crimes. One needs look no further than Midvale and the vicious Sickler to know that is true. The only thing that those of us on the other side of this have objected to is unsubstantiated accusations.
Your posts always are bashing, smashing, and out and out mean-spirited, and I might add uninformed, naive, illogical, and baseless.
There is no connection, but that doesn't keep those from the Logic-Free Zone from bashing the Church or the Smarts. Who needs facts when they have innuendo?
FR_Addict: After this little embarrassment, I should think that you would know better than to ever take on Sherlock again about the facts in the case. You will lose. Who knows, you might even learn something if you read his posts carefully. (Don't tell Sherelock this, but the only time he is ever wrong is when he disagrees with me, LOL, which is rare.)
My point is that the Smarts probably never turned the alarm on at night. Assuming that the perp had a key then maybe the perp checked it on several different nights and found this to be true and was sure there was no dog. The plan is set, the Jeep is secured, and they wait for Lois' family to clear out after the funeral. Anyway, if the alarm had gone off on that night then the perp simply runs and never commits the crime.
Another distortion, varina? You have been told about 40 times that your quote is not correct, but you are determined to propagate a lie.
For you newbies, the lengthy quote included "trusted person in the neighborhood" - a depiction that could include Ricci.
This is a good question. I've assumed that MK was off by a few inches. As of today though, I'm thinking that Richard was not the one to enter the house. He provided the vehicle, the key, and the layout of the house but it was his accomplice that grabbed Elizabeth. I state my reasoning in a later post to Sherlock on this thread.
OMG! Thanks, Palladin. Considering that he lives just over 5 miles from the Smart home certainly makes one wonder what he was doing June 5. Also wonder why he was wasn't arrested sooner. What was the delay.
Even more suspicious, JG, especially since the defrocked bishop practically lives "in the neighborhood."
They worked out a 60/40 split, LOL!
The connection is, because they are a wholesome, loving Mormon family, there is virtually no chance of any involvement by the family in the disappearance.
