As I said before, the posters on this board cannot agree on what Moul said and didn't say.

The posters that follow the facts in the case, sandude, Jolly Green, Utah Girl, and a couple of others, are in basic agreement on the vital facts of the case. However the preponderance of personalities drawn to this case, yourself, S-G, varina, bella, palladin, neenah, freedox, etc. all fall into the camps of 1) the Smart Haters that want to blame the Smart family regardless of the facts and/or 2) the Ricci Lovers that will deny anything that implicates their heroin addict hero regardless of the facts. It's really that simple.

The Smart Haters constantly post articles from the first week of the case and scrutinize every statement trying to implicate the family members. The Ricci Lovers start from the premise Moul is a liar or after the reward money and work back to try to explain away the critical crux of the case in the minds of LE, what Ricci did in the 500-1000 miles in the Jeep, where he got it muddy, what he did with the evidence, and who drove him away from Moul's on Jun 8.

That answers my question. You never have sources for your outlandish statements. You just spew supposition and innuendos as though they were facts.

Are you saying the two sets of tracks led to the entrance to the mine, but only one set of tracks led away from it? the entrance to the mine was closed down, however with the many phone calls I made which the police seem to change the story on this is-- The mine has two fences in it (fences airways) and that this mine also had a different entrance. the closed one is called the working entrance where they would be working and then the second entrance is where the men would come and go to work. its called a drift tunnel mine were it goes striaght into the mountain and the will have fork tunnels in it. ------The two tracks went up over on top of the mine, I think the second entrance is there but couldnt find it and police wont help, if we find the entrance they would come a running (some help). back to my phone calls thats what I was trying to find out were the other entrance was I had someone from parkcity saying he knew exactly what I was talking about and he would call them to tell them they needed to look for that second entrance, hours later noone knew anything like the whole hadnt happened. When searching we found two set going up the mountain and only ONE going down and no(because I was asked before, the one wasnt carring the other because the foot prints of the one didnt change and the do when you are carring more wieght.

TWO connections to this case: Yes two 1- when searching and 2-my sister informed me about miller infact she told me about the fbi search and two days later it hit me didnt she say miller use to live there (shes lived there for over 10yrs) so I called but I didnt let her know to what I was asking (some of my family members are unaware of what Im doing because I trying to keep family members safe incase the kidnapper catches on.) I said didnt those people just by the house? Yes not to long ago. Who use to live there? the Millers? What was his name Richard. What does he do? she said oh he works in construction a hire out for heating and air conditioning and was a friend of these guys(wont list their names) who live in the house? (I think she caught on to what she was she asking.) She then thats funny I never thought of that they both know ricci!


Isn't Brighton only about 30 miles from SLC? I don't think the "cabin" they were going to move into was in or near Brighton Brighton is very close it only takes 20min from where I live and Im right smack in the middle of the valley.
I dont know where the smarts where planning to move the cabin is a family cabin meaning Elizabeths aunts and uncles the grandparents own it and its passed down for all to enjoy. Just like our family cabin up there. very comine here.

Thanks yellocat, for the comments. That was my experience at girls camp also, both as a girl attending camp, and as one of the leaders later on. We as leaders took very seriously our calling, as did the leaders when I was in the Young Women's program.

Spore, unless I've missed it, there hasn't been any article (biography) about Richard Ricci since the case started. Very unusual. Journalists are usually all over the background of a potential suspect, etc., like birthplace, family, parents, all those things.

Sorry but I am telling you the truth I did sneak away where was my camp director Ill tell you everymorning she would get up and drive down to her house and shower do her hair and come back up to camp. Yes my camp director did say something to my dad when he came to pick me up, stating that she didnt stick around much. I wasnt to worried because I knew my dad couldnt stand this person and he just said I trust my daughter more than I trust you and I know she was fine and nothing would happen to her. The camp was only four days long not all summer. I am also telling you the truth on all the other things but of course you have to decide for that. As stated before I do have police report number pictures and phone messages saved although Im sorry I cant copy on here. Trust me, Ive notice some things Ive said posters have investigated and found out I was right ie cabin.

Yes but did you watch your four year girls as closely No I think not remember there the leaders. go on hikes by themselfs go around checking on all your camp girls did you know where they were at all times, bet not. Maybe times have changed know but it was to long ago kids could go outside and play for hours on end without being checked on. My sisters and I would get on our bikes and be gone all day. Now that just doesnt happen, you can trust your kids but you cant trust whats out there.
