My prayers go out to the Ricci family during this time. RR was sent up the river and used as a scape-goat. No evidence, whatsoever, linking him to the disappearance of Elizabeth.

Even if you were right, that doesn't exonerate Ricci. I thought she was particularly deceptive about the jeep.

Ed Smart has spoken out about everything and anything else in this case. I do not believe the Smarts EVER thought Ricci had anything to do with the case.
What evidence? There is no evidence. No forensic evidence. No witness. No confession. Nothing.

She talked with Mr. Smart at the hearing, and she said she told him Richard never had the Jeep, in fact Moul had 3 Jeeps there.

She only saw him one time in prison. Then she had to make a written request to see him and it takes a long time to get permission in prison. (Garagos confirmed that)
She said he was targeted. He was innocent.
She had testemony on phone and letters, I believe from his employer, people he worked with, ex-girlfriends etc. stating their belief in him
She said they looked for injuries to his head and found none. Doctor said it was from "inside" the brain
NANCY GRACE...was disgraceful at the onset ! I felt sorry for Angela
Geragos said that even if they find someone, that person will dump it on Ricci..it is just what they do, and Ricci will not get out from under the cloud even if he is innocent. Unless E. comes home safe.
She said the Jeep is a mystery, not a key. She said the Jeep never had any seatcovers.
She said he was never unaccounted for the week the jeep was returned. She knows where he was all the time. His employer vouched for him also.
She was asked on the phone if she was on medication the night E. was taken...She looked angry, but composed and said " NO ! I was NOT on medication that night! "
She said she saw an extensive autopsey. Richard wanted to be cremated.
She talked about the Smarts, and said " They are doing what they have to do"
NANCY GRACE SAID...DRUM ROLL....THE SMARTS WERE RULED OUT AS SUSPECTS !
