How would you classify the item you yourself conjured up about David Alan Westerfield pre-planning this thing by purchasing plastic bed sheets to use while he was jamming his head through the wall beyond the bed headboard while the six foot two inch Westerfield was raping a four foot Danielle and banging her head on the headboard as Persecutor[sic] Dusek suggests ? Or was that a less than cool moment ?

And according to the trial testimony:

Westerfield is accused of having child pornography.

Testimony in the trial has shown that that is questionable.

And the "rape video" is animation which the US Supreme Court has ruled is not a crime.

Neal has admitted to accessing porn sites a couple of months.

But Westerfield is obviously a child porn collector.
