That's true. But I remember when I went into a vacant house one time when I was selling real estate. We opened the door to the garage, and it looked like something out of a horror movie. The entire garage was nothing but one big spider web with hundreds of black widow spiders.

Horseradish? Correct me if I'm wrong,but isn't Westerfield originally from South Dakota? I believe that horseradish is a pretty popular condiment in that part of the world.

Is it possible that Westerfeild was eating a steak with horseradish,and the fork got away from him,resulting in a stain on that jacket?

And for that matter,is horseradish a common menu item in San Diego?

You know what? I'm beginning to wonder if we're nitpicking that "blood" to death. Does it make a difference whether it was actual blood or if it was slobbers? Except to sensationalize the case in the minds of CourtTV Uglies!! Whatever it was, her DNA was in it. And I want to know how it got there, because I really tend to believe it was planted! What do you think?

We used to use fingernail polish to smother those little critters. Maybe you can find the source of the "blue paint" and use that. (grin)

Too true. It appears that Feldman is fighting the good fight, and trying to bring the consequences of Danielle's death closer to those who may really be responsible.

I'm tending to that belief myself. Or,the alternative scenario-DW and Brenda VanDam know each other a little better than has been admitted to,and the DNA is indeed VanDam DNA,but it's Brenda's,not Danille's,and that the testimony has been cooked just enough to obscure that fact.
