Removing the cable would certainly be a red flag. But is law enforcement interested when we know at least ONE was involved. However, since he's not talking we'll never know at this time if there are others. Also..Van Dams connection with member of SDPD? Does this constitute another red flag?

Judy, as far as I know, they've only been linked to swinger groups. However, it should be noted that the van Dam computers also contained porn. We don't know what kind, if it might be child porn or not, but we know that it was there. Judge Mudd, of course, did not permit discussion of it in the trial. Personally, I think it should have been relevant, especially if any of it was child porn.

Dusek didn't just insinuate rape. He described to the jury a scene where Danielle is lying on the bed in the MH, reaching for the cabinet moulding, and DW is lying on top of her, RAPING HER, and her head is banging the cabinets. BANG,BANG,BANG (this is Dusek, rapping his fist on the railing of the jury box).

BTW...You left out the tearful "well staged" exit of BVD from the courtroom at that time.

You know I've wondered about that as well. Like if Club CB is affiliated with NASCA. I looked up NASCA, I did not get into the porn stuff, but I did find out that in my area there is a limo/tour service that is affiliated with NASCA I was shocked, cause I'd been seeing that limo on side the road for a long time, I just took it for granted that who ever owns it rents it out for weddings and stuff.

She was sitting on a lounger by the pool with her legs apart and her Mom snapped a picture. Myself, I couldn't be sure that it was "posed". Some of my daughter's friends would sit in strange positions without even being aware of it. So what's the big deal? Sounds like it could have been innocent to me.

I don't know how the international law groups work, but if outside agencies (i.e., Swedish authorities) get involved down there in San Diego, the offending local LEO's just might be yanked out of their secure positions of hiding their perversions behind their badges.

And, U2, didn't you mention one time that the FBI might go snooping around down there?

This situation will not be over when Westerfield's verdict, whatever it is, comes in. I can only pray for exposure in that whole sordid mess down there.
