You notice I mentioned the Elizabeth Smart case. The same thing happened over there. It got so bad that Brigette started a new forum outside of FR, kinda like the Refuge Board for Westerfield.

The problem comes in because this is a very highly emotional issue, when we are dealing with little children being hurt.

Plus, I believe with all of my heart that some of those people do it TO CAUSE trouble! I see them at their computers laughing their heads off. There are people in this world who are evil in more ways than one!

Cyncooper is a very good Christian lady. She has other things on her plate and doesn't have time to spend here any more. I'm saying things "out of school" without going into details, you might say. I just didn't want any of you to think she got "run off".

I have a lot of respect for her and know that others do, too. Although she feels Westerfield is guilty, she never once said anything bad to another person. Instead, she backed up how she felt with testimonial facts, etc. It's just that she and I interpreted things differently. Just like Kim and I do. It doesn't make ANY of us bad - just some of us wrong. We'll soon find out who those are. :0)

I tried to find the verdict ballots @ ctv, but they
haven't posted them for this trial. I could only
find the official DA complaint.

If the verdict ballots are in the same order and the
jury is going "in order", they've reached the final
charge & that's on the porno.

(1) Murder

(2) Kidnapping

(3) Porn

"IF" and I do mean "IF" they are taking them in
order, then the verdict cannot be too far away
in coming.
