Yeah, well who believes anything Doosuk says, anyway?
To: alisasny
has their been anyone in the media on Westerfields side? I was just thinking even Hannity believes he did it. Oh, of course. I have heard others speak of hearing certain people on media saying they think DW may not be guilty, or that he is being railroaded. HOWEVER,they are few, and no one else in the media WANTS THEM ON THE AIR.
WHAT SELLS AD SPACE right now is those willing to say DW IS GUILTY AS HELL. HANG HIM. DON'T WAIT FOR THE JURY TO DECIDE.
Nancy Grace on CTV cuts off anyone that thinks DW may not be guilty.

No, not really. He is one of the well-known & respected FReepers and has been for a long time. That's why it surprised me that you'd never heard of him.

If Doosuk told me his name is "Jeff Dusek", I wouldn't
believe him. I'd go to the county & check with them.
I'd also ask to them to prove it by his fingerprints.
If I still wasn't convinced I'd ask for DNA.

I am really confused. So is he BOTH .. a politician AND a radio personality? I don't that is mutually exclusive. Or an oxymoron. But I am waiting for the good Congressman to get back to this thread and explain....

Speaking as a CPA, Westerfield is guilty based on the facts and the numbers. So our profession has devolved to accepting at face value whatever we are told?
My training included meticulously studying details and then analyzing the whole picture to see if it makes sense. Apparrently I received good training or you...
Never mind.

Here is another thing, that Kim has mentioned in a way.
It is amazing that we ALL can see/hear a THING, yet come away with a completely different idea of what it was.
In line with that being one of the marvels of the human race, here is a site for those that could use it. I use it every so often.
Please wipe your tears before returning

wrt:my last post to you, the first sentence SHOULD have read...
"He's referring to the insinuations made by defenseduring cross examinations of the computer eggspurts."
Sorry for any confusion..

Okay, I guess I can eliminate Hannity as a possibility to
interview DW when he's gotten his acquital. Will go back to
my original possibility.....Rush Limbaugh.

If I still wasn't convinced I'd ask for DNA. Just don't send it to the SD LE labs to be tested.

Thanks for the note to un mis-qoute. Am sure BSOD will appreciate getting proper credit.
To: UCANSEE2
Oh I wouldn't send it to them. I'd find an independant
laboratory outside of Kalifornia.

Yhis is what I posted earlier regarding Congressman Billybob:
In all fairness to Congressman Billybob, he is a very busy man and likely has not followed the case nearly as closely as many who post on these threads. That said, one ought to be very careful to rush to discount his opinion about this case.
He is a very intelligent and smart lawyer who is widely known and respected throughout the legal community. If I recall correctly, Congressman Billybob was invited by the U.S. Supreme Court to submit an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in the Bush v. Gore case regarding the First Amendment issues and his brief pretty much served as the foundation of the USSC's decision and opinion.
Congressman Billybob is also part of a group of First Amendment lawyers that are working to get the unconstitutional campaign finance reform legislation declared unconstitutional.
When it comes to First Amendment issues, Congressman Billybob is THE MAN!
