Very good question (in my best Charlie Chan dialect).

And when you see her crying, it's because she knows Damon is guilty & this trial against DW is a farce but can't say a bloody word. I think you could be right, but that doesn't mean the tears aren't real. And it doesn't mean she doesn't mind that Danielle is dead.

I still think the doors/lights/story crap is still just that..crap.
What if Damon did leave the house that night and Andy knew it...he walks in...takes Danielle.
The VD's still have to cover the fact that Damon left those 3 kids home alone at night.

Not sure, gooroo...I'm still thinking it through.
The unusual twist is that it might have been Denise that went out of the garage to talk on her cell phone that night and left the side garage door unlocked? Unfortunately, that does not fit with my Andy "revenge" idea.

Little kids leave site in a moment.... so many times at park I have lost site of my child only to find them behind a pole or a swing. Some devious little ones actually hide on their parents....
To: KnutCase
Sorry...I forget that most posters here would not know who Charlie Chan was. Showing my age.
To: Rheo
Your head would explode over this case...let me know if you have questions.I miss you too.
And my head is already exploding. I have just been watching whatever the news has been saying. But not paying much attention.

Exactly. But the tears are for the wrong reason(s).
To: KnutCase
*This* poster knows who Charlie Chan is. Amazingly, the
people in Asia don't know though! LOL

I have just been watching whatever the news has been saying. But not paying much attention. That is very smart cuz they are dumb as rocks and don't have a clue as to what they spew.
Wish you would go read all the transcripts...you could probably catch something we missed.

Did I use the right dialect? Mandarin?
To: the Deejay
Actually I think Charlie Chan was a Swede...

I have posed this question before....
If the van dams are such hideous parents how is it they maintain custody of their other 2 children?
And while I am at it, while you all spend this time trying to vindicate Westerfeld how do you all sleep at night knowing those 2 boys are in that home?
I believe Westerfeld to be innocent...so I guess I just wonder...
To: the Deejay
How many son's did Charie Chan have?

Parents just don't expect a grab and run. I really like the little leashes people are using in the malls. We didn't even think of that when I had little ones.
To: bvw
A woman always knows how many children she's had. A man can never be sure.

If the van dams are such hideous parents how is it they maintain custody of their other 2 children?JMHO but if the children were taken from the home it would damage the D.A.'s case...not likely to happen...I suspect they were out of the home for a short period of time, whether by their choice or not I have no idea, but Brenda was asked about the kids once and her answer made me think they might be with relatives at that time..
To: KnutCase
Mama's baby, Papa's maybe....
To: John Jamieson
Are you kidding? Those leashes have been around forever. When I was a kid they were leather, just like a dog leash, with a harness that fitted over the kids upper body. Then when my kids were just old enough not to need them, they came out with the spiral leashes that velcroed to the wrists, completely hands free.

They fingerprint you in Texas now and make you write your signature.
Oh, and they have to have your Social Security number.
