Do I get to be hung along side of him? One of my favorite 'rare' songs. TWO HANGMEN HANGING FROM A TREE!
To: UCANSEE2
Yes, they are such liars. I hate liars. One can never
get truth or actual facts from liars. Hence, the jury
should toss out all of their testimony. Denise's as well.

Police at first did not know it was a shell casing. They thought it could have been a hamster pellet.. A shell casing as in a bullet casing? I don't understand.
I have not been reading these threads. I wish I had.

Andy would know about the reversed lock on the garage...he would know which bedroom Danielle was in...she would know him, as a family "friend"

Thanks UCS for clearing that up. Whew! OK, there was NO testimony that the sparkle blouse was missing. Get it - got it - good!
To: Rheo
I would say the big question is...do LE have a set of Andy's prints?

"Police at first did not know it was a shell casing. They thought it could have been a hamster pellet.." Now, what kind of LE could mistake a shell casing for a
hamster pellet?Oh, I see. The SDPD!!
To: demsux
Should do. He has a Kalifornia driver's license.
To: carenot
Yes. Bullet casing. Was not found the first time they THOROUGHLY searched and dusted the room. It was found the second time they searched. AND...AND...they could not find any fingerprints when they searched Danille's room. Not even Danielle's! But they did find lots of DNA that did not belong to Van Dams or Westerfield. Go figure. We have Barney Fife in charge of this investigation.

So the sparkles blouse is missing, implying Danielle left the house with it. Since police didn't testify to, nor have in statements whether the outfit was there, was not, did they ask, who did they ask?, DId they even know there was such an outfit to ask about? I.E. YOu have to be told something was there before you know it is missing.
There should be loose sparkles in DW's van and MH then.
Are you assuming DW kidnapped her and killed her?
Maybe the loose sparkles are in the Van Dam's Blue van. Maybe in Brooke Rowland's car. Maybe in Andy Kemal's car.

We have Barney Fife in charge of this investigation. I think it was Dorie Savage, not Barney Fife.
To: the Deejay
If it was a fish market those damn sniffer dogs would have gone crazy.
