THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT I HAVE QUESTIONED and finally GOT AN ANSWER TO. ALL OF the POSTERS that keep CLINGING to the DNA in the MH should read this. (Although you will find some way to ignore it. That is your pattern)

According to the DNA sites linked to above, a perfect match of 25 DNA markers provides only a high possibility of common ancestry.
This prosecution is trying to say that a match of 12 of 13 markers provides an identical match.
The DNA evidence is a sham.

I would say we have had a steady progression on FR from about 80% anti-DW on March 1 to about 70% pro-DW on August 1. Surely the sheer weakness of the prosecution case, their failure to prove or even evidence ANYTHING, must be the reason.
Let me again sum up the relevant facts:
1. No evidence DW had any tendency or motive to do anything at all to Danielle or had ever even noticed her.
2. No evidence that anyone entered the VD home, not only did DW not enter it, no one else entered it without permission EITHER!
3. Lots of evidence that things were pretty abnormal at VD household on Fri pm already, weird...was she already gone or harmed or dead?
4. If as I assume, Danielle was out playing in the street or at the local mini-park, there is no reason to think DW is the one who took her, indeed he was probably already gone in the MH before she ever came out to play.
5. VD children and Brenda had been in MH. We still have no adequate disclosure of just how far DW/Brenda relationship had gone, at least once.
6. Whoever killed Danielle hated the girl, brutalized her, knocked out her teeth, not so easy to do...Not DW.
7. Attention to body rather than immediate dumping, possible keeping of her alive for a week or 10 days, ...indicates against a stranger perp and argues for an inside job. DW would be a stranger perp if the prosecution is correct.
8. DW could not have put this body on Dehesa Rd; an accomplice would be needed. If we start with the body placement and work BACK, we will be better able to see what happened.
Damon Van Dam approached Feldmans parents after the trial yesterday in the hallway, and said "I HOPE you are proud of your son!"

This means that if a perp entered her room, he either found her nude and already out of her PJs, OR STRIPPED HER NUDE RIGHT THERE without ever a peep being heard, and either dressed her in something else, WITHOUT A PEEP BEING HEARD, or ran the risk of having a live child along with no clothes on at all, not likely!
Prosecution case is full of holes.
Many immediate close neighbors, yet we are told a perp took the nude child out of her home and walked a hundred yards or so! Not DW, not anyone, no one entered this home, she left of her own freewill to play -- at whatever hour that may have been.
From the reports outside the courtroom, by Beth "cottonmouthed" Karass this morning, it appears the Prosecution may actualy be worried? Just her attitude makes me think that.

I believe the same, spec. The ranting of Jeff Dusek yesterday appeared to be the behavior of a man desperate for confidence that isn't there.
His silly Blackjack and used car analogies were a feeble attempt to connect with someone(s) he senses are not with him.
Well.... How kind of you. Seems like you believe that any person that has spent countless hours researching and discussing the case since the start knows nothing.
You believe only those that see 1 segment of Court Tv or a 2 minute snip on the local news know the truth of the case.
Why don't you demonstrate some of your knowledge of the facts/testimony/evidence that has been presented in the case?
I know, you watched Nancy Grace's commentary on the closing statements and now you know it all. Right?
There are many posters on these threads. A lot of knowledge has been gained by all.
The lurkers have learned a lot also.
There are posters on 'both sides' of the case. The experienced ones that have spent time to actually learn the facts continue to debate the case intelligently with those in opposition to their views.
You are free to do the same. Or do you just want to make smartaleck remarks to make yourself feel good ?
I will say what I say to others that start off like you have. PUT UP OR SHUT UP. If you qoute your opinion as a fact, be prepared for the onslaught. BS won't pass.
Lord, grant these twelve jurors great wisdom to understand all the testimony they have heard over the past two months, and the clarity of mind to separate the wheat from the chaff.
Give them strength to endure, and fill them with a sense of honor and integrity, and the desire to do what is right.
May You shine the light of truth into the darkness of their confusion, that the jurors will discern honesty from those who bear false witness against their neighbor.
Although You say, "Vengeance is Mine," may You see fit to allow justice for Danielle here on this earth, that her death may not lead to the death of other innocents.
We pray that truth will prevail, and that the sword of justice will weigh heavily on those who would use it falsely to bring glory to themselves.

Not trying to relate the blood on the cuff to her disappearance. I think it is relevant that FELDMAN kept trying to refer to a CUT on Danielle's ANKLE (from the dog, I think) and DUSEK (and the JUDGE) objected every time.
WHY?
