Last week, a friend of mine stopped by with her 2 daughters, one is 15, one just turned 8. The girls had never been in here before. Within 3 minutes the 8 yr. old was going through my house like she owned the place. Through every room, looking into every closet as well. (Guess what came to mind immediately?)

Brenda and Danielle and the youngest boy were in DW's home earlier that week selling GS cookies. DW says they were running around all over the house. The DNA was found on his jacket and MH carpet. She could have played in the MH. That is the theory. Her mother said she had nose bleeds often and there is testimony that the dog had scratched her. So she did have prior contact with DW. And she could have played in the MH while it was parked at his house.

Don't let Douchek get you back on the cigs. He's not worth destroying your health. I quit cold turkey 15 years ago. For six months, I was following smokers to breathe in their exhaled smoke. Since then, absolutely no desire for a cigarette.

I listened tp Duhsek today and was amazed at how he was allowed to speculate with hypothetical theories of how DW did it.

I'm curious as to whether Feldman can theorize about third party culpability in the same manner?
