Judge Mudd told the jury, IF he kidnapped her, then he killed her that is how you must find. If he killed her, then he kidnapped her, that is how you must find.

What if he suffocated her in her bed and carted off a dead body?....what if she ran away from her dipsh!t parents and wandered down the street at 2am and DW hit her in a drunkin' state after his nite out at Dad's...he pick's up the dead body and cart's it off to the desert.....no kidnapping in either instance.....The prosecution has done such a P!SS POOR job of proving what happened that i would not vote to convict in a million years!!!

I don't disagree that she was kidnapped and killed, but that doesn't mean DW did it.

Dusek keeps mentioning what he doesn't have to prove. This is a big mistake since it is like a beacon drawing attention to the problems of the prosecution.
