Because Mudd drew the line. He doesn't want a hung jury, that's why he has limited the evidence Feldman can present, disallowing the possibility that someone else may have committed the crime. He is committed to protecting the Van Dams public "private" alternative life-style.

As I have stated, on a few occasions...I was not there, so I only have the media (uck) and reports of locals...(freepers-yeah)....and one thing if for sure...

There was something terribly wrong happening to Danielle, before Westerfield or another perp stole her from her bedroom, and murdered her.....

Yours has a bumbling fat drunk, 2 houses down...deciding after viewing hours of porn, that he needs to "get some"....so he just takes a stroll 2 houses down, walks in the house, up the stairs, steps over the dumb dog Layla...walks down the hall, opens the correct door to Danielle's bedroom, walks in, grabs her, (knocks her unconscious?) and then retraces his footsteps down the stairs, out the back sliding glass door, around the house, and bumbling and stumbling, possibly dragging little Danielle, heads two houses back up the road to his house...where he takes her inside...puts her inside of his Motorhome...and at 9:00 A.M. the next morning....drives off to the desert...

What I found different, unusual if you will, is a comparison of the pictures of DAMON then and now.

I.E. Look at the early pictures of DAMON when he had the goatee.

I can't help but think she could have followed her older brother into the motorhome. Do you think he would tell? Maybe there were no other kids from the neighborhood that did it. They did find short blond hair that could be any of the Van Dam kids, correct?
