Zero evidence? Oh you mean when Judge Muss sustained an objection to that very thing as it was being so testified!

Oh come on now ucansee2! The prosecution has been underestimated but do you underestimate the defense as well? If they could have proven that BVD couldn't see the part, and if the MH blocked her vision..don't you think that feldman would have done it? How far is the park from the VD's front yard?
How big is the park?
How many other children were at the park?
How well did Brenda keep an eye on her? Why would the defense bother to question a liar about whether she could/could not see Daneille ?

LOL Do you have a thesaurus in use at all times?

I think he is giving ranges based on two different temperatures.

Brown Field data:
Had hourly data for the entire month. Some distance further away from site, but similar altitude as recovery site.
16.1 degree C calculation: Third enstar reached Feb. 14
Same for 23 degrees.
Post-feeding stage:
16.1 degrees, Feb 9
23 degrees, Feb 4

Based his estimates on size of maggots. Could be off plus or minus a day.

"

Reread that sentence..if she's a liar they are going to exploit it to the max and prove it at EVERY opportunity in front of the jury. Their client's life is at stake. If they could have proved it they would have. They can't.

I missed what the significance of 16.1 and 23 is ?
To: shezza
Thinks Feb 9 is the onset of insect activity. 16.1 degree range is the most consistent with Dehesa site.

Temperature can delay egg-laying, very hot, very cold, very dry.

Are there things that would stop the development of the first egg ?

16.1 degrees C and 23 degrees C are the temp ranges from the 7 sites he examined based on the weather info.

Old french word "petard", current use means small bomb -- it was a pot of blackpowder carried up to a door or wall to be blown. The fuzes were tricky and often went off too soon. The oldest meaning is a little profane.

If they could have proved it they would have. Brenda proved it in her own testimony. It is in the record. Repeated Lying. She was caught time after time.
Go back and read where she says, NO, NO, NO, well, YES, to the same question. IT IS CALLED LYING.
To: shezza
So he is averaging all the places and seeing that the range is ?
