Sorry, I was not being serious. Just commenting on past threads. There is that reliable CTV again.

BVD was wearing an orange/red sweater at Dad's that night. Did they test that? (NOOOOOOOOO.)
To: shezza
Was at Westerfield's residence Feb 4 (as evidenced by photos on exhibit).

At scene, saw ants near where he was standing north of body, on some pallets (?). Saw some ants a few inches away from body.

To: shezza
Cross--did not mention any insects in his reports filed.

Did I get that right Clarke quickly and loudly objected to question about Keyser's report or talking to him? Interesting
To: shezza
One can bet BVD has gotten rid of that sweater. Feldman should have asked them if they tested *that* particular sweater.
To: the Deejay
BVD was wearing an orange/red sweater at Dad's that night. Did they test that? (NOOOOOOOOO.)How do you know the prosecution hasn't looked at it? They are only allowed to rebut Feldman's case and he presented those picture boards with the clothing that was debunked as the orange fiber source today.
Feldman did not present to jury the Brenda sweater theory (yet) so until they do prosecution has no reason, and can't, bring it up during rebuttal.
To: shezza
Dusek keeps objecting to Feldman's questioning about maggots and insects.

Feldman is upset.
But he seems to be attacking his observation about the magots.
To: shezza
Has not had any training or experience with maggots or entomology. Has attended a seminar which included a wide range of topics, including entomology.

Apparently only an entomologist can id maggots.
To: VRWC_minion
Above was my comment and not testimony.

considering the fact that the defense has under estimated the prosecution...I would have agree that the prosecution looked at the sweater..but maybe not..since the defense didn't bring up her sweater. (big DUH or big DUD)
To: VRWC_minion
And you're not under oath at the moment.
