increasingly blubbular Clinton in Columbia with newest traveling companion, Queen Noor

That word combo is suh-weeeet!

And what's up with the Queen? Did she recieve a bonk on the head?

In that pic of Chels and Ian the guy in front looks like he got into algore's blush.

Wow, lots of news this a.m. Clinton and Queen Noor is mind boggling. Is this for real or is she the new beard for Naomi? hee hee

And will you just look what Chelsea is wearing - it looks like that same gray suit that she has had for years - you remember, the one with the skirt with the bad hem job -

Well, that dress is uh... er... uh, well it's white. Bless her heart!

Might have to go soon, I hear rumbling. I hope we're not going back to raining all day again!

Good morning everyone - playing catchup here, but had to give props to the "lousy writing" post by BWB.

Having forced myself to slog my way through, with many sentence re-reads, the verbal catastrophe that was Beloved, I am happy to know that someone is willing to call awful writing - awful writing. Way to go.

Praying for a good day in court tomorrow, JL

Bush knows that civilization requires America to run the world — and that if it isn't run according to clear and simple principles, it can't be run at all.

Thanks for this link. Good find.

"To hell with the polls, the tactics, and all the rest. I would have poured out my heart and my vision for America's future," said albore.

You can't make up stuff like this. FOF

Didn't we just have a (conflicting) report last week that the Bent One had slimmed down and was looking fit?

Your law degree was a much more rigorous line of study than Chelsea's "flit around Euro Trash" degree. I still want proof she actually earned an undergrad degree at Stanford.

No wonder she had to leave pre-med -- way too rigorous for her taste.

Re: Thompson photo -- Did this woman come from Porky's Porn Palace? Even Denise Rich's untalented spawn could have dreamed up something better than that Dolly Parton throwaway.

And what kind of bouquet is that? Can you imagine trying to toss the thing? And it seems like Freddy boy could have at least put on a tux for the occasion, altho his bride certainly didn't bother with formality.

Mrs. Thompson's bouquet does look a bit funereal, doesn't it? Interesting ensemble, to say the least.

With the internet, talk radio, and FoxNews, it's tougher and tougher for the lies to remain uncovered. I'm taking the under on fatalbert even getting the dim/lib nomination, but I'm surely praying that he does. ;-)

Thanks again for your and mountain gal's unstinting reporting and linking for us - and were the heck is the codebreaker?

In keeping with the celebrity theme we have going today, here's a little something from our own "home-grown" variety celeb. I finally found that article about Stewart and, sure enough, I was right on the mark. Remember, his mother had told me this was going to be very unconventional? I said I just hoped he didn't have his pants down around his ankles. Welllll........

It's a great article...MASH HERE

Where is codebreaker? I hope he isn't gone forever.

U.S. Stf. Sgt. Greg Mcwain from Fort Lewis, Washington, handles a Filipino baby during a medical mission in Sangali, Zamboanga city, southern Philippines, Saturday, June 29, 2002. About 1,000 U.S. soldiers are now in southern Philippines during a joint counter-terrorism exercise aimed at wiping out the al-Qaida linked Abu Sayyaf Muslim extremists group. Don't we love AP? How about, Greg Mcwain from Fort Lewis, Washington, cradles (or plays with) a Filipino baby... Are they just jerks or just plain ole AWFUL writers?

God bless our troops!

The thunderstorms are back, see you later!
