We should be in Georgia tomorrow night. We're going to Montgomery, then Columbus, then Savannah. I hope the van keeps on keepin' on. I did not take one photo in New Orleans. It was such a pain driving around there, and the kids didn't like it. I did drive through parts of the French Quarter... very old. I'll have to go there someday when I can stay through the evening -- with another adult, not kids.

FOFLOL. Mo, you are too funny. I wanna learn how to do that. I can't listen to it right now. My computer is still so unstable, it crashes constantly since I got I had to get the new modem. I have to it take it back to the shop. One of the problems must be, or at least seems to be, with the sound card. So I don't have sound right now. :(

We drove around N.O. for over an hour - there was a wreck on the freeway stopping up traffic, so we got off on an exit that took us all around nowhere - then finally got back onto the freeway past the wreck, then made it to the French Quarter and Gabe had to pee (had to make 3 stops today just for him - that kid is not drinking anything tomorrow) and then I decided to just come back to N.O. someday without them. *L*

The French Quarter is small and to see it, day or night, you have to just park the van for the day and walk. Then take the street car to the Garden District. Great characters and shops to photograph, but you can't see any of it from a car.
