I will be the first. The rules are the rules. Be they stupid, pointless, and/or violation of them having no actual affect on the participants performance.

Change the rules, don't just ignore them.

I've been trying to figure out how a bra could give you an unfair advantage....guess you could go for aerodynamics with a Madonna style come bra.

I suspect this rule is to prevent swooshes and the like. Usually athletic conference rules simply stipulate "no logos". Not sure why this rule doesn't.

Just watch, some bra manufacturer will come up with a special shape that minimizes drag (aerodynamic not guys in women’s clothes).They will have to write a rule that stipulates the minimum drag coefficient per cup.

Nipples must not protrude more than 1/4" which could create an unfair advantage in fact, boys should be allowed to wear the same bra as this will get them to the finish line a few milli-seconds sooner.
