Hey! Saudi Arabia banned slavery (in 1975...)
Well, good morning all of you early bird freepers! This is a quick drive by..got errands to do today...was at the office of the molar marauder yesterday and got a gold crown on a tooth wayyyyyyyyy in the back...can't decide if it fits quite right..sometimes yes sometimes eahhh not sure...going for a hike to the coffee shop with my girlfiend/dentist so will talk about it then...
This week before the trip is hectic..too much to do not enough time to do it. Ozzie is already packed..yep..yesterday...today he goes looking for the yellow metal....Me, just errands and chores....
Yoda the allergic cat had to go to the vet for a shot today. He is the most expensive free kitten to ever show up at my doorstep. How can a wild little stray be so delicate - he should be tough.
Well with all the problems Ringy is having with those plastic flamingos .. I sure hope her friends don't put one of those things in her yard .. FOFL
You're right .. that is one ugly chicken
That is lovely, but seeing as how it's not Duck Season, what kind of perverted instinct took you to a loke at dawn?

We will be in the Sacramento area for a week doing a million things then heading for Idaho to do another jillion things. We still have property in Idaho and have some legal things to attend to. My wife takes the oportunity to schedule medical checkups, so she spends a bunch of time in various doctors' offices scattered between Calif., Idaho, and Montana.
We also have pals scattered across Nevada and make several over-nighters on the way, plus we will be in Sun Valley, Idaho, for a big horse thing.
Our time is so committed, I have to make a Gantt chart just to keep on schedule!!
The ground has been so dry and thirsty...but I have large puddles in my driveway!! Power went out about 1:30 and was out a couple of hours. And you can't see the Bitterroot Mountain range nor the ones on the west side of the valley....can't see the mountains down by the airport...recall that I live near the Forest Service/BLM building.
When I brought the 3 dogs in to eat this morning, they were like drowned rats [thank goodness for thirsty towels]!!
And now the blessed rain--the Good Lord is providing for our needs. :)

What! You mean to say your doggies were outside in the rain?? Wait 'til I tell my dogs about this...they won't believe it.
..."BITEMYCHRISTIANASS"...
I don't think so. I've been sitting here trying to figure out of this is 'coarseness or obnoxious behavious', but I just think its just a bit of old-fashioned Christian hypocrisy, southern style.
Don't tell me you one of 'those' who has a bedroom for 'the dogs'!!
Yes, that rain is most welcome....everyone has the water on, but the water in the river is down according to brother. We just haven't had the snows like we really need--up in the high country.
Yeah, right....and they have the same values we do, and we owe it to them to be good neighbors and just let them come in.
There are plenty of good ol' American pervs ready to prey upon children and rape and murder them if parents aren't vigilant... remember Danielle in San Diego?
Err, ahh, er, well, Rotties don't like rain, and well, we do have this spare bedroom that isn't being used.
