did you disconnect from the net before running the tool ?

also, all other apps need to be shut down prior to running the removal tool.

I have used the download and it cleaned up my system.. It was easy to do.. So far everything seems to be ok..

It seems to have corrupted my virus app. tho. Can't get it to work now.. I have a week to go.. am not buying one now.. This was a 60 day freebie from my computer guy on McAfee. I will now open anything for a week.. lol

The first sign I had was in Incredimail.. thru outlook express.. My puter guy put a virus scan on for me, and it notified me this morning..

The funny thing is.. I got a return mail from the Rye Air Field in NH.. A small airport in the next town from me.. I have never had them on my email addys.. and have never written to them.. It must have come thru my son's computer somehow.. or one my kids.. It is a very weird virus.. so don't discount any mail... Check it all..

this bug autogenerates email addies once it goes live,
so don't even try to figure out where the sh!t's comin' from.
