I survived the birthday party: seven 6-year-olds and a 2-year-old for good measure. Yikes. I was drafted into playing some of the relay games so the teams would be even. Of course, I did them on my knees so I'd be the same height as the rest of the girls. Actually, it wasn't too bad. On the way back I stopped at the new Filene's Basement store in Pittsburgh - there were some real bargains there.

E - We're just 45 miles from downtown Pgh, as we (and fellow freeper MadelineZapeezda, who occasionally drops in at the Guild) reside in that little sliver of land between Ohio and Pa. known as the Northern Panhandle.

Codebreaker - I liked the fashion police pic, but I was drooling over the hardware. I keep threatening to buy another gun. Now that the tax refund has come, who knows?

All - I'll get a weekend thread up and running in a few minutes. We'll worry about an Oscar thread tomorrow. Oh yes, my final word: Chelsea and Ian playing tongue hockey? YUUCCCKKKK!
