Yes, I am a collector of things...dont know why, just am...but the hubby collects his own type of things also, so between the two of us, plus all my parents collections, we sure do have lots of those 'bric-a-bracs"....the son says we should open the doors, and charge folks to take a tour...

I know lots of people dont really collect stuff, and they would find my house too cluttered with stuff...but we like it that way, and thats what counts...

On the matter of pigs, since I have always loved pigs from a little girl to this very day, my brother always had a 'pet' name for me...to him, I was always 'Hogette McSwine', because of my love of pigs...

One time, when I was watching 'Emergency Vets' on Animal Planet, they had this lady come in with her pet pig, whose name really was 'MooShoo'...she brought her in to have her teeth cleaned and her hooves worked on...the lady wanted the pig all spiffed up, because the lady was getting married, and MooShoo was going to be the 'flower pig'

Oh, the pig carried on something awful, when they had to clean her teeth and work on her hooves...she was squealing, and snorting, and trying to escape...

Then later on, they showed her at the wedding...they got her down the aisle, by putting doggie biscuits just a foot in front of her, and she would keep going down the aisle, so long as someone was putting food within her greedy little grasp...

Then about a year or so later, they had a followup on MooShoo...she had gotten sick and was very ill and died..but the lady and her husband got a new piggy, whose name was 'BeeBop'...I love these piggy stories...

she didn't like goin' to beauty parlor beforehand tho, and gettin' primped for it
it doesn't sound like she was in the spirit of the thing, xactly, if she'd only go down aisle if dog biscuits were constantly placed in front of her
and she snorted the whole way

There was another guy on that 'Emergency Vets' who had a whole big troupe of piggies...they were performing piggies and did tricks and he would hire out himself and his pigs, for parties, and entertainment...

One time, one of his pigs had a toothache, and was needing to have his tooth removed...so he brought him into the vet office in a special wagon...that pig sat there like a little king...he got his dental exam, and had his tooth removed...

Then they showed him at home, with the other piggies in the troupe...the man took the viewers inside his house to see the special 'pig room'...it was a big room, full of many different beds, and cushions all over, and fixed so that the sunlight could be brought in from all different angles...it was so funny to see all those pigs, inside, lounging around in the sun, on their special beds and cushions...people sure do love their pets... pig
