I don't see anything wrong with a dog on the couch. It's the fact that Sam doesn't understand that any and all humans in your household are not to be challenged ever!
Does he have his own comfy spot in the living room?

Awww....it just has a lot of Christmas spirit! I'm sure AT&T would refer to it as "Holiday" spirit...
To: RMDupree
I didn't mean to be argumentative, only mentioned it 'cause I like the thought of them that way. We got it from the "Letters."

Does he have his own comfy spot in the living room? No. He's usually dodging the little one's toys. He sleeps at the foot of our bed. Maybe he needs a bed for Christmas...

AAARRRGGGHH!! How frustrating!!!
What is going on with your cable hookup?

I guess it was the right thing to do. I think it was! Whenever possible, that is how we should all wish to go. At home, cared for by family. My dad brought his dad home to die too. He had Lou Gehrig's disease, and we didn't know if it would be weeks or months or years. Dad worried intensely about it, worried while it was happening if he could handle it, but now knows he did the best for his dad.
Men are funny... They worry more than women do about what might happen if the worst happens! And we think wimmen are the emotional ones!

Have a nice time at your buddies retirement party. Don't do anything the rest of us wouldn't do ;-)
To: Sam Cree
I certainly didn't take it that way.
Actually, I appreciate any and all catch up conversations on discussions past. I browsed through the entire thread when I first moved in here, but didn't really absorb too much.
Too much SPAM! LOL! Kidding again, don't worry!

To quote one of my heros, (Homer Simpson):
"Honey, send the kids to the sitter, I'm comin' home loaded!!!"

So true!
To: HairOfTheDog
I think the sexes are just emotional differently, which is nice, I think. Men and women are kind of like opposite sides of the same coin, don't you think?
See you later, Hair. It has been a fun discussion this afternoon, so far, sorry to be leaving.
To: Sam Cree
Bye, Everyone.
To: Sam Cree
See you later Sam!
Cable modem teasing me with pleasing normal light patterns. I am called to go try it... Pray it is not lying to me.
To: HairOfTheDog

Pray it lasts....
To: HairOfTheDog

This article makes a good case for Tom being Aulë the Smith.

I means a lot to me. I am so spoiled and my phone lines are so bad.
Waiting 60 seconds for the preview of a post to load, and another minute for it to post to the thread, and another 90 seconds to get back to my comments page was KILLING ME!
To: John Farson
I have no argument with that. (his clothing colour scheme is another matter)
To: NewCenturions
You have a problem with yellow boots?
