I get mine from a couple of different places...
That one came from a site called ringquest.com that I have never been to. I just copied the properties when I saw someone else post him saved it to a document I have of favorite ones I have seen.
I get a lot of my other ones here:

The shortcut to copying them that they included there is some BB format and the wrong format to use here, but if copy the URL and format it like any other picture in html, they work real well, and there are a lot of choices!
