Maybe he's out in the field so much because he is trying to figure out how to strip mine it. I could see a Dwarf standing in a field for that reason.

Well, Rosie, I broke out the winter coat today. No point in denying it any longer, we had our first light snow flurries yesterday, more predicted for today and tomorrow. Nothing accumulating yet, but it won't be long....

I've had my heavier coat out for awhile. And last night I finally put flannel sheets on the bed. I need to put in a call to get my car's winter sneakers put on, but I usually end up procrastinating on that...
