Why, what did she do?

Well, I'm back...finally. What happened, Hair, is that I posted some funny pictures from another site (Photoshopped images from LOTR), but though they appeared right in the thread, when I went back to My Comments, an obscene image appeared instead. I immediately had the posts pulled, but I'm STILL not sure what other people saw, and shaken up about the whole deal. Like I said, I had no idea something like that could be done, and I'm NEVER going back to that other site.

The other reason it took me so long to get back is that although the posts were pulled from the thread right away, they STILL showed up under My Comments, and I was trying to get them removed. The regular moderator couldn't do it and told me to write to John Robinson, which I did...then went away for awhile until he was able to take care of it.

There goes my Friday, though. I have a hard time moving on when bad stuff happens, I'm afraid.

But I thought you said you weren't under the spell of the Precious, Hair? Can you please explain it to me? For a while it was trying to get me, but I have fortified myself by re-reading the Silmarillion, eating lots of lembas, and drinking ent water, and I simply have no desire for the silly thing any more.

But someday when they aren't looking, we'll snatch it right out from under their noses, won't we, my Precious....ha ha ha ha....

I am not under the spell! I just posted a comment that appeared at 99 and saw that it had taken Corin again, that he was in the middle of a several-post sneak, and that I might be in a position to stop it! - I was not after the precious, per se, only saving Corin's soul from depravity. I am a hero, really, keeping the precious from him for at least a little while!
