Darlin' you are gettin' worked up about what a member of a rock band (Yes) says about Tolkien No offense Hair, but I find it odd that you would object to me posting this tidbit as a followup to our earlier conversation...and call it 'getting worked up.' It was taken as a rather a censorous condescending response on this end. I don't give a flying hoot what the lead singer of YES thinks. I simply posted facts as they were written up in online news organs. It was a topical post and I kept it within the proper thread-line. No need to send me to Tooks Corner...am already there...and can STILL raise a ruckus.

By the way, you guys may already know about this (or not care), but for those of you who like Celtic music, Green Linnet has entire CDs available for listening to in Real Player format. (I hate Real Player, but it does have it's good points...)

Speaking of vacation errands...good news!
I went online this morning and located a copy of The Hobbit on cassette (no CD player in the van yet) at a branch of our local library. And it's the Inglis version! They're holding it for me to pick up tonite.
We won't quite have long enough in the car on the to and from, but with side trips we can do it! Woo hoo!
