ksen and 2J offered their places early on, but they may already be regretting that! Of course we could always rent a place at the beach and hope a nor'easter doesn't show up. But then, I don't know what the theaters are like down that way. I don't usually go to the beach to watch movies. :)

Rain? I've read about it, can you describe it? Does water really fall from the sky? Hehehehe

Hehehe - Hey all - that
Orlandomultimedia site that first carried the link to download that DVD Preview clip is back up... (they crashed from the overload)
I thought this shot was funny from what they are describing as the FOTR DVD-TTT preview. At the site, click the drop-down menu top left for the rest of the screen caps, good stuff in there for the anxious!

Miranda Otto (Eowyn) looks great, but, man, are they beating the crap out of her double!

BIG STUFF!
Gonna post this both here and in the TTT spoilers thread so I won't ping you twice!
Better go get this download from
http://www.warofthering.net/downloads/thetwotowerstrailers.shtml
before it disapears!
They are calling it "The Narrated Trailer from the DVD NEW!"
Split into two parts 1 and 2... it is a behind the scenes look that will go along with the DVD to be released Tuesday... for those that cannot wait!
To download it right click part one and two seperately and "Save target as..."

Hello...Hello...Hello...Hello...Hello...Hello... [Her voice was tinny and thin, and echoed hollowly in the cavernous empty Hobbit Hole]
To: HairOfTheDog
Anybody home? Anybody home? Anybody home? Anybody home? Anybody home?
To: Overtaxed; HairOfTheDog
Hello! I'm home, just finished dinner, watching some TV...
Got a lot done today, I think tomorrow I'll just laze around all day!
To: Bear_in_RoseBear; Overtaxed
Aaaaaaand... Are you downloading those clips while you watch TV?
Dudes! - They are wonderful!
To: HairOfTheDog
Are you downloading those clipsWell, no. You did say they would be on the Aug. 6 DVD, yes? I'm patient, I'll wait until Tuesday.
Heresy, I know... but when you have a 28.8k connection, you learn to be patient.

egads... [shudder]
I am so excited...
To: HairOfTheDog
Connection's too slow for downloading!
To: Overtaxed
OK guys...
they did break it in half (8 megs each)... Each half only took me 3 min or so to download... You might be surprised that it would be doable.
Alright... I will go back and keep workin on the Green Dragon post for tomorrow!
To: HairOfTheDog
hehehehe...
Yes, 8 megs is probably doable for me... but then I wouldn't be able to catch up on the Green Dragon posts!
By the way, we're working on getting RoadRunner cable modem... hopefully will have it in 3 weeks or so, if all goes well. Then when you point out neat-o clips, I'll be able to download them!

Guess what, 2J?! The latest episode of procrastination just ended! - I finally ordered the whistle from your buddy in Ireland!
So kewl!!
To: Ladysmith; Overtaxed
All Right! Another whistle fan! How much did you get it for? Let me know when you get it!
To: HairOfTheDog
I'm downloading it. What is it again?
To: 2Jedismom; HairOfTheDog; All
Good night, all. Sleep well...
To: 2Jedismom
It's a surprise!
