Since OT is into chemistry, maybe she can whip something up that makes you see two of your dog, that way, at least to you, it will seem like your dog has been cloned.

Blast! Dang! Crumb! I'm not sure but I think if you clone a dog using cells from a 16 year old dog you'll get a dog that's 16 years old at the cellular level.
