Hi LCS! I could use a sleeping pill! It's 4:50am here now and I can't sleep. Ate too much pizza and then stuffed myself on hot Krispy Kremes last night and it is sitting in my stomach like a ton of bricks!
I had a great weekend visiting with my brother from out of town and spending time with my family.

Oh, I'm fine. Took some Pepto when I got up, went back to bed at 5am and just now got up at 8am!
It's a sparkling morning, and the yard looks great. I got the backyard mowed yesterday. I don't have any plans for today!

I went to Promise Keepers in DC this weekend. Had a good time. But I'm much more cynical than I was in the early days of PK...that's fodder for another thread, another time, freepmail me if you really want my opinions...

Sad news from the Stormhands household: Frodo, Sam, Merry & Pippin are dead. (They're the goldfish we bought about a month ago). Not sure what happened, they were okay when I left Friday a.m., wife fed them on Saturday and they all died. She was in tears cause she thought she'd killed them, my guess is that something got in the water. I'll replace them this week before Corin, Jr. gets home. Of course this time we won't try to convince him they're the same fish like when he was three...
Re-arranged the home office (still work to do). Dropped a bookshelf on my foot. Thought the toe was broken, merely bruised and bloodied...
Cable was out last night, so I couldn't get online.
I've lost 12 lbs.
Now you're all caught up with Corin. I've gotta run for now. Be back around lunchtime.

Too bad about those goldfish. It can make you feel terrible, can't it! Ah, yes...I remember when Hoppy and Gloopy the tadpoles died.
Ouch about your toe! I hate it when that happens! You missed it but I sliced open my finger on a razor Friday night. I washed it and slapped a snug bandaid on it and amazingly it healed up pretty quick! I'm glad...hard to play a whistle with an injured finger.
12 Pounds! That's great! I wish Steve would loose 12 pounds. Not that I mind the way he looks...but he would feel better, I know.

I am getting materials ready for my meeting. My printer is printing and that is done. Now need to decide what to wear. It is cool this morning at 50 degrees, but the sky is clear and blue. It will be 85 degrees or more by the time I get home.
See you all later if I don't have time to post before I leave... if the clothes decision turns out to be a hard one, I may burn up my remaining free time.

Yes Bear, the thought of dwarves riding in Hummers puts a smile on my face...especially if the hummers have .50 cals and MK-10 40mm grenade lauchers mounted on top...take that, nasty orcses...

What kind of car do dwarves drive? Jeeps, Huumers and mid-sized pickup (i.e. Dakotas)...with the full-sized pickups (i.e. Dodge Rams) our dwarf legs have trouble reachin' the pedals...
