Somebody may have pinged you to something really wide.... maybe my Aragorn picture from yesterday? When did it start? That may be it. It happens off and on. It's not on the previous page of comments, so maybe it'll disappear when that post moves to the next page...
To: Corin Stormhands
hopefully... it doesn't always happen, and it doesn't happen to everyone... I made the post, and mine is fine. That is why it is a bug he is still just standing and staring at... Hard to figure out.

To: no one in particular
Well, I am off for a couple hours... see you all later on!

Egads... check breaking news... they are evacuating the House and Senate buildings....
I hope it is just somebody's forgotten sack lunch... then again... nevermind.
Somebody smells, but can't see smoke.... Gotta go.

Appears to have been an electrical fire. Not that strange for a building that old.

Is it 4:00 yet?

Close enough.

Go home. We'll get the lights...

I know it's foolish and impossible to boycott every business with whom one has a bone to pick, but some are so "over the top" (Levi Strauss for instance) that I don't consider myself unreasonable taking my business elsewhere. OTOH, you guys have about got me convinced to let Ben and Jerry's into the house...
Since it's my birthday, I'm planning on having a Stoly martini (or 2) later. If I can drink Russian vodka, I guess I can eat Vermont ice cream too.
However, I may refrain from imbibing any of that "skip and get naked" or whatever that you make in your bathtub, Hair... :-)
Have a great time at the beach Corin, I think if you keep away from Bull sharks (and great whites and tigers) you will be Ok. :-) Seriously, though those mid Atlantic beaches and barrier islands are beautiful.

Have a great time at the beach Corin... Thanks. But I'm not going yet. Realized I could've been confusing.
I'm taking next week off to work around the house. I need to paint windows and paint/replace storm windows. Trip to the beach is in August...but we'll play on the 4th, and the 3rd is MY birthday...

Update:
Sam rescued Frodo from a bunch of orcs. No Frodo is a teensy bit suspicious that Sam wants the Precious, er, Ring for himself.
Aragorn has come to the rescue of Gondor and is currently healing Faramir and poor little Merry.
The tide seems to be turning in our favor now.

I'm just such a natural victim... A Dwarf with a persecution complex?

Happy Birthday!

any of that "skip and get naked" Isn't that what the Hobbits did after Bombadil rescued them from the barrow wights...?

Aragorn has come to the rescue of Gondor and is currently healing Faramir and poor little Merry. Truly, a Renaissance man.
And not just because of his choice of clothing.
