You didn't post the complete picture at #99. What or who is the original source for the photo? There should be provenance for it.

The photo is former SS trooper Phillip Citroen. According to the CIA report from "Cimelody-3":
“Cimelody-3 was contacted on 29 September 1955 by a trusted friend who served under his command in Europe and who is presently residing in Maracaibo...Cimelody-3 friend stated that during the latter part of September 1955, Phillip Citroen, former German SS trooper, stated to him confidentially that Adolph Hitler is still alive.”
“Citroen claimed to have met this individual at a place called 'Residencies Coloniales' which is, according to the source, overly populated with former German Nazis.
“According to Citroen, the Germans residing in Tunja follow this alleged Adolf Hitler with an idolatry of the Nazi past, addressing him as Elder Fuhrer and affording him the Nazi Salute and storm-trooper adulation.”

FWIW, there is a guy on YouTube named Mark Felton that has some fascinating videos on Hitler and his other Nazi pals. Truly fascinating.

He was that. He agitated many Germans to move to South America and help develop it.

What I find convincing is that with all the alleged sightings of Hitler around the world after he was supposed to be dead, no one has any verified proof that any of those sightings were actually him.
