Betts fielded it playing shortstop (lined up in the middle of the infield). Stepped on 2nd and a throw to Freeman at 1st.

Sitting here in La Habra...listening to fireworks all over the LA basin. West of La Habra...La Mirada and Whittier...Fireworks in those areas?

Yep...still the occasional explosion...And of course, fireworks are illegal in La Habra.
