“”seated during the singing of “God Bless America” at the New York Yankees game Tuesday night.””
This is about a baseball game this week - not a Super Bowl game. There is nothing that requires standing for “God Bless America” and I haven’t understood why so many take their hats off and place their hands over their hearts at Braves baseball games when the great GA tenor sings “God Bless America.” Have to assume they believe “God Bless America” is our National Anthem.
Not everyone does it in the lineup and I think those are probably the ones who know it’s not required....

Even kind of. The man is nauseatingly antiAmerican, and setting that aside, is divisive in every way.
Great job NFL!

It is an addiction that spawned smartphone fixation and 24X7 earbuds. People are in dire need of just sitting quietly and being with their thoughts.

Seriously...Who thought this was a good ideaProbably a good way to make inroads into Spanish language markets, where they most popular sport is soccer followed by baseball.
It's already been demonstrated that the MAGA people who are most outraged by this are going to grumble and tune in regardless.

Our interests should be simple. Our own(better) half time shows. Trump tells MAGA folks to tune it out.Trump will likely be in attendance. He was last year.

It doesn’t surprise me that male football fans are in to the Gay Bunny with their wives and kids going in for Tater Swuft.

I heard Jack suggest this TPUSA event the same day the announcement was made about Dumb Bunny. Glad the idea took off.
Our family prays the rosary during half-time. Some have been watching the "Puppy Bowl" for years. There are options.

The question is, just who is the bigger POS, Bad Bunny or Roger Goodell?

We never watch any football, but make a point to watch the Kitten Bowl when it’s on during Super Bowl. And I want all the kittens.

I know the feeling. We were content with two fine make cats. Then, a three month old little girl kitten came upon my wife, crying. When my wife responded, she followed her. She was underfed, dirty, thirsty, but very social.
She is now Zelda (named by my son), is very well fed, playfights with the big boys, explores the back yard, and has had her medical attention. We have three kitties (and a dog) now. We didn't even know we needed her. The next one will have to be brought to the Cat Cafe around the corner.

They know.
When we got up in the morning on July 5, 2011, we looked out the kitchen window. A feral mama had plopped herself on the sidewalk in front of the window, nursing three kittens. The invisible bubble over her head read, “They’re your problem now.” (We had been feeding mama on the porch for a few months, but didn’t know she was pregnant.)
So we added four to the three we already had - all indoors. We still have mama Darth-Ann, and her kitten Maris Crane. Every day, I miss all the others we’ve lost.
