Going back home to be with Mom and Dad in India should
be a real kick......
And her doctorate we taxpayers probably paid for is good in India, isnt it?

There have been many articles about the H-1B workers and their plight.
No mention about the 700,000+ Americans who lost out on jobs from these people.

This is a taxation issue. If there are to be any challenges to it they must come from the employers who are forced to pay it.
