There are many drops which point to the Big Tech companies they seemed to start in late 2017.
I was suspicious when some Tech CEO's started stepping down or seemingly divorcing in close succession. Perhaps the Big Tech CEO's were separating from their companies to face grand juries, hearings etc. Given their cases appear to be active in 2018, by 2021 they may have begun making plea deals or are challenging convictions. I'll cite the companies used by Q as examples:
Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter stepped down Nov 2021 (first Q drop 598 Jan 23, 2018)
Eric Schmidt, CEO of Alphabet (& GOOGLE) stepped down Jan 2018 (first Q drop 429 Dec 2017)
Susan Wojcicki, CEO of YOUTUBE resigned Sept 2018 (first Q drop 2061Steve Huffman, CEO of Reddit still in his position (hard to search Q drops for Reddit to isolate CEO only)
Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of FaceBook did not step down. Wiki admits he did attend two major hearings; likely there were many more because of all the cross connections among him and other Tech Giants. I think we have been lied to about the true scope of the hearings at which he and others testified, which continue to this day. His crimes were not minor - perhaps he has a deal for him to function as company head until prosecution of all the heads of the Face Book hydra concludes, and then he will be sentenced.On March 25, 2021, Zuckerberg testified before the House Energy and Commerce Committee regarding Facebook's role in the spread of misinformation and hate speech on the platform. In a January 2024 Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on child safety and social media platforms, Zuckerberg, along with other tech CEOs, were questioned about their companies' practices. During the hearing, he apologized to the families of children who were victims of online abuse and harm.[91][92]

QLarge companies are often allowed to survive the worst crimes of their CEO's and founders because if they are large enough, destroying the company destroys too many innocent people and related services/partner businesses. So some of these companies will be allowed to stabilize themselves with new leaders after cutting back all the crime and leaving the core of innocent people and services in hopes they will grow and thrive.
I found the stable of Big Tech CEO's at President Trump's inauguration, along with other Deep Staters (Clintons, Obama) inexplicable and it seemed as if they did too. Each CEO/Gov Official poses a signficant flight risk - perhaps the only way they were permitted to attend the event at all was as electronically monitored guests - security was not needed to protect them but instead to keep them there.

FWIW, I did not find any drops which contain the word RICO.
A more specific answer to Q's query in drop Q2171, "How do you demonstrate 'reasonable cause' to regulate and/or break up BIG TECH?" would be to win anti-trust suits against them, as mentioned in the article linked to that drop.
Note the article, dated Sept 2018, says Sessions was 'exploring a potential investigation of social media....' That was enough to depress stock prices. The whole report appears to have been published after investigations were in full-swing for some of the companies. I can understand it was necessary to keep it private to avoid damaging the business just by looking into it. But then the MSM takes that to a whole 'nother level.

I want to know about the distinct change I see in Zuckerberg recently. He has gone from being a hollow-eyed muppet cyborg to now looking human. What has instigated this change?
